Arrange for one of our representative to visit you

Obtain independent Reverse Mortgage counseling
This service is required by the government to make sure you’ve had all your questions answered by and independent party. Counselors must be approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). While counselors are not employed by any company.
Fill out an application
You’ll need to provide your counseling certificate from step #3.
Have your home appraised
This is to determine your home’s value and is standard procedure for any mortgage. A home inspection is usually required as well.
Complete your closing
Final paperwork is signed and you can decide how you want to receive your funds.
